Interview
Interview process is easy and smooth. There were 4 rounds of interview :
1. HR round (Generally known as screening of candidate)
2. Mandatory Accounting Test (Its and MCQ test and a very easy one, upto 12th accounting knowledge is enough to clear this round)
3. Ops Round ( Manager's round based on the test and resume)
4. VP Meet (almost a formality, however asks very intelligent and tricky situational questions)

It was very nice, i was very nervous about the interview but it went well. Hoping for the best. Firstly i was screen selected then i got a call from HCL Tech saying i have been screen selected and they would like to schedule an interview.

GD( current affairs)-Technical (Related to cost accounting, Corporate finance, how to improve EBIT and so on)-HR (Why hcl)and some general questions, line introduce yourself, skills, internship , family background,what do you see yourself after 5 years
There were 3 rounds first one is aptitude second one is hr technical question and then the final Hr round. The first two is hard to crack but the final interview is just for formality to discuss about your future
