reffered by a friend, got a mail regarding referal, after one week got a call for scheduling telephonic interview, once it was done after a week i was called for F2F interview, after 10days of F2F, i got a call from HR for offer and salary negotiation. then formalities started. from interview to final joining it took around a month.

Initially contact was by some 3rd party HR Who submitted my profile to HCl later and than 2-3 rounds were done over all in whole process.
First round was for screening, second was technical and 3rd as well was technical

Interview
Interview process is great. But, HR/Recruiter is not able to negotiate the salary. What ever salary they are providing that is full and final.
No negotiation is possible on that.
It was a good and exciting experience overall. The process was completely remote and up to the mark. No issues in terms of quality or lateness of the interview panel.
