HCSS interview questions

Applied online, was contacted by HR 3 days later for phone interview. Came on site for in-person interviews two weeks later, had three 30-45 minute interviews with people on the team I was interviewing for. Peer, Supervisor, and Manager. Questions were very focused around my previous experience and PM skills. Came back on site the following week for two more interviews, with the President/CFO & Founder/CEO. These were much more conversational & much more focused on fit, only lightly touching on past experience. Founder has a lot of Trump memorabilia in his office which really threw me for a loop-- in my whole career I've never experienced a CEO being so vocal about their political views. He is perfectly nice however and the interview went fine. I was extended an offer while still on site for the final interview, and was given a week to think. I found the HR team very professional and kind throughout the whole process!

Every applicant must take an online assessment (basically a math test) before being allowed to interview -- even if you're not going to be developing software, etc. EVERYONE takes it. It's online, then you take a written one in the office to ensure you didn't cheat. It's archaic and doesn't fit everyone's potential job roles. Interviews are often scheduled last minute, so you may not have the actual manager you'll be working under interview you -- oftentimes it's just another employee who was told at the last second. You'll also interview with the CEO and potentially the CFO if they're in the office.
