HCSS interview questions

A 30 min call with the recruiter with the next step being an on-site interview. I did not make it to the next step in the interview process due to vague feedback of "lack of experience" and they wanted someone more "mid-level". I followed the company on LinkedIn and saw who they hired for the role. I had more experience than the person hired (a recent boot camp grad with only volunteer and personal projects going back to just May 2023). I'm confident the real disqualifier was racial and gender-related. Their UX department is mostly Asian and mostly female and they hired another female Asian. If you're looking for a diverse and inclusive company, look elsewhere.

After application, was sent a link to a recorded video interview. Interview consisted of 3 questions with 1-2 minutes to answer each, with 2 attempts to redo each answer. If successful, would be able to attend a hiring event on-site.
