HCSS Software Developer interview questions

You have to take a dumb test for your resume to get reviewed at this company. People don't have all the free time in the world to take a day off from current work place, come by your office to take the test and then get the resume reviewed. You can instead review the resume and then ask people to take the 4 th grade math test. After people spend their time and resources to take the test and clear it and then you deny an interview. What kind of procedure is this? Why are you even wasting your resources to conduct the test when you feel people are not qualifies for your company?

Called soon after the test for phone interview. Followed by many 1-1 interviews with many people. Easy process, but don't know what they look for.
