HD Supply interview questions

The overall experience was disappointing due to inconsistent communication and frequent back-and-forth. I completed two rounds of interviews, after which communication abruptly stopped. I followed up twice before receiving a response that I was not selected. However, just two days later, I was informed that they did want to move me forward to a final interview. On the day of the scheduled interview, it was canceled due to an emergency. After a week without updates, I followed up again and was then told the role requirements had changed and I was no longer being considered.

I had one screening interview and one video interview to follow. During the video interview, the hiring manager seemed concerned that my experience in a distribution center was limited, though I explained to him that I work in a process safety management regulated facility that also includes distribution. I told him I had experience with the time cycle and other key facets of distribution centers because I do the same work at a chemical plant. I also was not local to the nearest facility listed on the job description, but the role is a heavy travel role so I did not expect that to be a problem. Ultimately, I believe they ended up choosing someone local.
