They were all pretty standard. I think the main purpose wasn't to discover the technical aptitude of the applicant, more a "culture fit" one. So after several phone interviews and a couple in-person interviews, guess what?! Their recruiter just ghosted me. No call back, no response to my requests for where on the interview process I might gain some insight into my shortcomings, etc.
I don't ever want to hear about recruiter whining about getting ghosted when leaving applicants in radio silence, no call, no email, just nothing- That's still deemed as acceptable. Efffff that.
