The interview took around an hour and a half. they started by introducing themselves, the company, and the roles of the position as well as the projects at hand,

They went over your resume and asked specific questions, they expect that you ask questions and spark conversation with the interviewer. The interview was not that formal more of a relaxed atmosphere

I applied online and gave them a phone call to ask how the process of my application was. I was called in for a short, brief interview and was told I got the job later that day. The corporate office was very fast in getting all the paperwork finished

The interview was comprised of a panel of three interviewers (all from my department). Interviewers were very personable. They were timely about getting back following the interview. Interview questions were fair and the panel seemed genuinely interested in getting to know me as an applicant. The interview itself lasted about 45 minutes.
