HDR interview questions

Was sent an email to do a recorded interview, the questions were easy and you had a chance to re-record if you wanted to redo it. After that I was sent an email for a soft skills test, pretty basic and then a personality questionnaire, only two pages. Shortly after I was emailed an interview time with the hiring manager for a Teams call. It went really well and by the end of the interview she asked me to send her three references and that I would hear back the following week. My references got back to me saying that they had completed the reference. I heard nothing for 4 days and followed up with an email to the recruiter, they said the hiring manager was still interviewing and I will hear back by Friday. I heard nothing and email that Friday, still nothing. I was completely ghosted. Very unprofessional and a huge statement about the company recruiting, culture and brand.
