HDR Learning Coordinator interview questions

I applied online, and within a week was asked to conduct an on-demand video interview. I thought this was a great way to begin the interview process and hear from several candidates while being less time intensive for both the candidate and HR. Within a day of submitting the interview, my internal jobs account stated that I had not been selected to move forward, but I didn't receive an email from HR with the same message until about a week after that.
