HGS Customer Support interview questions

Got e-mail for Tech support/customer support executive position. There was three rounds 1)HR 2)Aptitude 3)Operational round. Initial round was HR,where they ask different questions to all candidates like describe yourself or tell me about bengaluru or tell about your college life. After that they will give you a topic to write essay.If selected then they will explain the job role and proceed you for further rounds.

The interview took 1 day process.Interview process take so many time(its means hole day).First process is HR round they ask few tropic its not difficult.Next round WRITTEN .Then Manager Round.Then Versent test then Client round its takes 30 sec only.
