Two interview Processes: First interview process was at a college campus with two company employees; Second interview process was at the job work site with multiple managers, multiple individual interviews, and one phone interview in one of the manager's office. Once accepted through the interview process, a drug test will be scheduled; Hired two days after drug test was analysed.

Interview
I enjoy their recruitment team, and they gave me constructive feedback about my resume. Overall, it is a great company. I would highly encourage people to look for a job opportunity with HII
I got a great 30 minute tour of the plant and then a 30 minute interview in a small room. The interview was very intimidating because they had a check sheet the entire time.
