HII Mechanical Engineer interview questions

I was called by a member of HR to schedule an interview for the position. The next week they flew me out to the Newport News Facility, put me in a hotel for the night, and paid for my rental car. I worried this would be another interview filled with mindless/fake behavioral interview questions that would not allow me to show my true colors, however I was wrong. It might have been the easiest interview I have ever had. The three gentlemen I met with were very welcoming in asking questions that were directly relevant to my resume which showed me they had a sincere interest in who I was and not just going through the motions of a regular interview. I may have lucked out in having some background in the maritime industry coming out of college but they loved what I brought to the table and they talked essentially for the whole interview. I was sent an email notifying me that an offer had been extended for my hiring within 24 hours of the interview. Overall great experience and I can't wait to get started working!

A phone interview was scheduled within a week of an email stating that I had been selected to continue with an interview with HII. The phone interview was with 3 people and was quite laid back. No trick questions, brain teasers, etc. Only resume stuff and general behavioral stuff.
