Interview
It was very easy-going. The interviewers explained a lot about the firm from the structure to the projects they do. We went through couple of my projects in my portfolio, and had time for me to ask questions.
Met with operations manager and discussed project experiences. It was fairly simple and straightforward. After interview, was offered a position and they put in a requisition for the position. I accepted the position and started 2 weeks later.
