First round done through face to face screening with peer. Second round done through phone interview with hiring manager. It is pretty smooth but recruitment lead time is a bit long.

Interview
Group interview followed by group exercise and one on one interview. All took 1/2 day. Group exercise looks at how well you work with others, how you handle differing opinions. Mostly behavioural questions asked.
i had two interviews, one was with the hiring manager in person, and another was with the manager's peer through a phone call. the questions were generic and nothing too complicated.
