fun and jovial and learnt a lot from the process that i had with the managing director at that point of time Mr Paul Smith. I think they treat candidates fairly and ask practical questions.
Easy enough interview , gives you a feel of the company culture . Interview with sales manager and then a couple more people after. Pay isn't great but it's a good start
