Interview consists of 4 rounds, the company HR called me in the afternoon and scheduled the interview for the next day 11:30 , since it was scheduled number of people were 10-12 , 1st round HR was taken by a foreign hr , he was gentle basic questions from CV,
2nd round online test wherein language skills are tested includes a listening test
3rd round telephonic ( Voice and accent )passage reading followed by a 2 minutes speech on given topic. followed by questions based on speech.
4th operations round (Most difficult) interviewer by the operations manager with too much grilling and drilling of resume the questions very asking only thing what is customer service how u can provide an exceptional services, they are looking for live examples from your previous work experience, people going for the interview be prepared with 4-5 live examples.
