HR is really friendly and nice. She introduces the interview process and employee benefits really clearly. But the interview process is way too long. It takes my 5 months from first interview to enrollment.
Fine - very standard. My first interview with the hiring manager however, I was given less than 1 business day notice and no times to choose from, which made it very tricky for me to make time to find a quiet place to take the call during the work day.
1) 30 min call with recruiter, 2) 1 hour competency interview with hiring manager and peer, 3) 1 hour task interview, 4) 1 hour interview with the team, 5) 30 min interview with Head of

Interview
Pretty thorough and well run with a range of stakeholders getting involved. There’s an emphasis on culture and adhering to their values which is encouraging though as you can imagine they are very corporate. Overall I’d say it’s your typical financial services interview.
