The final-stage assessment consisted of 2 40 minute interviews with assessors. The interviewers were engaging and not expecting technical knowledge. I was able to have some great conversations about the role and culture.

- Immediately after applying, you'd be asked to take an online assessment including video answers to behavioural/motivational questions
- One day after completing the OA you'll be sent an invitation to an online coding assessment with 3 questions

Question 1
For the coding assessment:
First two questions were standard Leetcode easy/medium style questions. The last one was based a graph where you need to count the number of patterns of blocks in the graph. However, Python was not available for this question, even though they didn't mention requirement of specific programming language in the job description.
