2) In-house superday (4 stages, each takes 20-40 minutes)
the sets of questions were pre-organized. not much ad-hoc questions or resume based.
presentation, some stages were done as a team(2 candidates) and some are case-based.
3) final with head of the department

3 1-on-1 interview, with band 3, case study. They don't look at your CV, a set of standard private banking questions, both technical and behavioural, prepared by HR, pretty chill, you will also have a QA section, so be prepared
one HR round, superday with 3 MDs over zoom if you are not in the city, the questions are very standard and pretty much the same for all the candidate, it followed different themes
