I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Singapore) in Sep 2018
Interview
Went through:
1. Online Fit questions [ranking responses based on given scenarios]
2. Online Aptitude Test [Logic and numerical reasoning]
3. Video Interview
The first two were quite manageable. Video interview was where i failed and i thought that it was a lot harder. Have friends that made it through and went for superday, which they felt were quite alright.

Q: Write an email to the client to address his query. [forgot what the question was exactly but the gist was that he has a low risk tolerance but requests for a high return on his portfolio.]
There was three stages. The first two were online and provided some interview questions that had to be recorded. The rest of the questions were stimulation based and office scenarios.
Asked several behavioural questions. Technical questions are straightforward. Asked about views on markets. Nice experience overall. Good compensation. Be confident to pitch stocks. The interview lasts for 30 minutes, on site.
the interview process involved different interviews, mix between technical and competency, included a paired presentation, role play, technical interview, skills based interview and a reflection interview at the end. there were 4 different interviewers.
