The entire process was very lengthly, on the order of months! I had two telephone interviews before a face to face. During the face to face, I met with three different people at different times. After accepting the offer I had to deal with HR which requested every document imaginable, even my high school diploma.

I applied twice and the HR ghosted me even though my scenario test result was high at the first time, the 2nd try went smooth and took less than a month I received the oral offer after the design challenge. The hiring manager is easy to get alone with, whenever i had question he explained right away. I also like how they secretly put you into most common role-play as a UX designer is always being challenged in the product development process.
