3 interviews ,pretty quick process, 3/4 week background screening. On boarding is very lacking.

Question 1
Clearly HR is completely disconnected from hiring managers. None of the important questions HR stressed got asked during interview with hiring manager. A lot of technical questions were asked but none of the skills is needed on the job.
Assessment centre, waiting room, then 4 rounds of 1 v 1 conversation for about 30 minute, followed by a group discussion session with the interviewer observing the performance in a nearby desk, no q & a session
basic hr questions through a phone call after cv screening. call asked me about my current situation and why i was looking for a new role. They said they would process my application by speaking to the team, butafter that they ghosted and didn't reply
An outsourcing position. Don't really think this position is relevante to my experience but headhunter suggested that the hiring manager had viewed my CV and suggested an interview. Overall, it was a position to help the technical team understand the need from the business side.
