I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HSBC (Kuala Lumpur) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was scheduled on time and the interviewer was quite good with explanation. He even gave me tips to perform well in interview even though I'm not passing this one
Initial screening: A review of your resume and cover letter.
Phone interview: A brief conversation to assess your qualifications.
In-person interview: A more detailed discussion of your skills and experience.
Final decision: The company's decision on whether to offer you the position.
The interview process was pretty basic. The manager will ask you a lot of questions centered around customer service and your previous exposure/ experience to similar rules. They will also ask you questions which are situational to understand how you would go about those situations.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HSBC (Manchester, England) in Jan 2024
Interview
The interview process is seamless, with fair questions asked. Feedback is shared within two weeks of attending the interview. The questions asked are scenario-based and highly relatable to daily activities. The interview is mostly done online.
