The last round before the assessment centre is the Job simulation. You get asked approximately 5-8 job simulation video interview questions about your motivations and what skills you have that will help you succeed in the role.
The last questions is a technical case study question where you have 7mins to formulate an answer and 3mins to respond, which is also a recorded video.

What is your greatest strength? Talk about a time where you overcame something you found difficult.
Job simulation included a few short recorded videos role-playing your job as a graduate in investment and you have to do numerical tests and draft an email to your manager about a case study that is provided during the simulation.

Numerical reasoning, job simulation test, and then direct superday. Job simulation test had questions about whether a deal that they gave is viable or not.
Interview was centred around the situation of introducing a fintech payments product by HSBC.
