No face to face interviews, everything was via hire vue. Began with an online assessment, basic numeracy and analytical skills. Then the next round was a job simulation with some hire vues mixed in. A few times they got us to write emails to collegues and there were exercises where we had to explain how we would manage our tasks in a work day.
