HUB International Auto Associate interview questions

There was first an interview over the phone with a manager, then there was an online communication and behavioral assessment, and then an in-person interview. The two interviews were 22 days apart.

The interview process was great. It felt like a very welcoming environment right off the hop, and when entering the office for my interview that same feeling followed. During the interview the conversation flowed nicely and did not feel forced or like I was under any sort of pressure. My interviewer was open and honest about the culture of the office and what the team strives for as a whole and individually.
