I had a total of 2 interviews. One over the phone and the final one being over zoom (as I was not available to come in during work hours). The first interview was really to get to know me, my work related experiences and essentially see if it was a perfect fit for both me and the company. The final zoom interview was the interview where I got to know more about what the job had entailed as well as to ask any work specific questions that I had after the first initial interview.

Question 1
It was mentioned that I had 2 jobs previous to this one where I was only there for about a year, and I was asked as to why I had left so quickly and what I was looking for in terms of my long time career goals.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Vancouver, BC) in Sep 2022
Interview
The best, most professional and well-done interview process I've ever had. I was first contacted by a HR representative that quickly scheduled a meeting with another HR person and a department leader. Less than a week later I had another chat with department managers - they were all extremely polite, professional and seemed interested in the conversation, unlike other interviews I`ve been through. Kudos to Vivian, who conducted the whole process in a very professional, clear and understandable manner. Very positive experience.
