I first received an email expressing interest in my application, and then a friendly phone call from my hiring manager. Next, I attended a Zoom meeting with the VP of Employe Benefits for HUB. An unusual next-step was an interview with two potential co-workers with whom I would work. After they were satisfied, I was introduced to the VP of Sales, who offered me a position.

My journey with HUB began in October last year. I initially met with my potential manager to discuss the role and explore whether it was the right fit. This was followed by an interview with senior management, and I was subsequently offered the position and started in March.
