Interview
The interview process was very engaging and informative. I am glad that I was a part of it. The interview questions test your ability of how you prioritize tasks, organize, how you work well with others.

Question 1
How well do you work with others? How do you prioritize tasks?
It was a lengthy process. I started interviewing mid October, and I didn't find out that I was hired until December 19th. There was a long pause where there were no replies coming from the recruiting team to do another video interview after there were some issues with the first one. Overall, the interview process could definitely be streamlined and improved, but the questions asked in the the interviews were quite straight forward. There were lots of scenario questions. Hoping that for new candidates the hiring process would be easier.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HUB International (Chilliwack, BC) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview process was thorough and pleasant. I appreciated the virtual setting for the interview, but found the determining exactly what position I was being considered for somewhat confusing as there were multiple departments represented in my interview. That being said, I appreciated being considered for multiple positions in the event I was not a good candidate for the original posting I applied to.

Interview
Very easy to set up times and very communicative. There are two interviews that happen. If job is offered background check is required, which is very easy to follow the steps for.
