Interview
Multiple interviews, the first ones were over the phone to determine whether they would continue with the process. After that, there was a Zoom interview with two of the managers, but in-person interviews are also offered. There is a personality test that you submit ahead of time to check if you're a good fit for the company, which takes about 45 minutes. The process went smoothly, and everybody that I spoke with was very nice!

I was interviewed by 2 people, in a smaller boardroom. They were very personable and made me feel calm and relaxed. One of the interviewers took notes on her laptop while the other, asked the interview questions. I found that this was helpful as the person asking questions could remain focused.
