Interview
A brief conversation with HR was followed a few days later with a more comprehensive interview with the hiring manager, and then a final wrap-up interview with the hiring manager. I was internally referred, which seems to have put me on a fast track process, as the offer negotiation occurred within a day of my final interview. All conversations were professional and objective. The negotiating conversations were fair and transparent.

HUB's interview process was organized, thoughtful, efficient from start to finish with the opportunity to meet employees at all levels of the organization. They were up front with their timeline, open and understanding of other interviews aside from theirs in the pipeline.
