HUB International Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

My interview with Carrie was great, and I left feeling confident and informed about the position. She was available to answer any questions after the fact, as well as HR. However, I found the background check process inconvenient as I was working full time and didn't have extra time throughout the days to complete the tasks required. The company contacted an email that they were not given, they would have found it on the business' google page, that was accessible by all employees of that business, rather than the direct email for the business owner/manager that I provided. Along with that, I started receiving phishing emails, texts and phonecalls as soon as the process started regarding "job opportunities" and "interviews" that I had not inquired about previous, which lead me to feel as if my information was not secured within the background check company.

interview process was easy , and I felt comfortable and that they were asking questions relevant to the job. The interviewer was very kind and made me feel good about my knowledge and how I would be a great fit.
