Hackensack Meridian Health Manager interview questions

After the hiring manager reached out to me on LinkedIn to see if I was interested in a position, I applied and someone from HR left me a voicemail asking me to call them back. I left two voicemails a week apart and then received a call back where the recruiter proceeded to conduct a phone interview with no notice that was what the call was about. After I had a Zoom interview with multiple people from the department, a different recruiter emailed me to schedule a call for a few minutes to chat. When the second recruiter called, they proceeded to conduct another phone interview, again with no indication the call was going to be a phone interview (also after 2 hours of interviews with the department, asking for a few minutes to chat is very misleading). They also asked the same basic phone-screen questions that the first recruiter asked.
