HairClub General Manager interview questions

Applied online through Indeed and was contacted by a Corporate Recruiter within 2 weeks of submitting my resume. The interview process was very streamlined; Area Manager, Assessment, Regional VP, In-Club Experience Interview, Background Check and Offer. I was very impressed with the process and in-between each step I was contacted by The Talent Acquisition Specialist who kept me in the loop about the next step. I found each interview inspiring and motivating and after speaking to the Regional VP, I knew this was a company I wanted to be a part of, and I was even more convinced after The In-Club Experience Interview with the Area Manager. I appreciated that the company takes the time to find the right "fit" and to not only explain the company culture but demonstrates it as well!

Lengthy process consisting of multiple phone calls, face to face and computer processes. I believe they are very conscious about making a good hire which is why it took so long. Be prepared to role play.
