I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at HairClub (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The hair club interview process was warm and inviting while still maintaining a straight forward and informative experience. there are about 4 steps to the process; 1st phone screening, 2nd in person interview, 3rd skills evaluation, and the 4th and final interviewing step is the last phone screening with a national stylist. they are very vocal about each step and make you feel completely comfortable and at-ease with the process. It took me about 3 weeks start to end to finish the interviewing process before i was sent an offer letter.
