Basic mathematical knowledge, physically activities by our self did in the past... presence of mind... Questions regarding your current role and company... Questions regarding your education.... if I give you a chance with my company how you will satisfy me.
The interview was done over the phone. With these jobs typically being in locations that are far from most cities and towns, doing the interview over the phone seems to be their choice. I believe their probation period (90 days) is the real interview process.
