Very laid back interveiw which was suprising in such a professional setting. They ask a series of questions about problems youve faced and how you handled them. The questions are randomly picked so just be prepared to think on the spot.

What was one bad decision you made and what was one good decision you made? What what the difference in your thought process when you made these decisions?
Mostly ask for my experience in University. The technical question is not really hard to answer, you just have to know what is the thing they do and what products they offer.

You have to take several tests have to do a dot physical must pass drug screen and fill out paperwork and complete several forms then start orientation then travel to job site
