I submitted an online application and was called by a recruiter who set me up for an interview.There was no HR phone screen or pre-interview process. I was called for the interview about 2 weeks after submitting my resume and application. The interview was with the hiring manager and department manager.

2 exams, english and excel, questions about resume and previous experience. it was not that hard, as long as you had what they were looking for and could actually fit the job requirements.

Interview
Management is required to ask questions from a list Human Resources provides in order to be compliant with Halliburton's hiring process. Initial interview was one-on-one by the hiring manager and then approximately 2 week later followed up by a 2nd interview with the Office manager, Mid Continents Business Development Vice President and Halliburton's Devon Executive Account Manager.
