Went in to main office, had a sit down interview with the DM and another senior filed engineer, asked basic interview questions, discussed past working experience, went to lunch with a few of the boss guys, ate way too much, it was casual, we joked, had fun. They pretty much told me I was good to go that day but i still had to wait for the official offer which cam about a week later... i got the job!

Question 1
Name time where you were in a difficult situation and explain how you got out of it
There are three days campus recruitment process. Starting from written test in day 1, FGD in day 2, and, short interview in day 3. FGD was pretty casual, you'll be given 15 minutes to discuss a case, and depends on when your turn on presenting is, 1-2 hours to solidate the case outside while waiting for presentation turn. If you pass, you'll get into user interview the next day.

Interview
After passing the admin screening, I attended the psychometric/aptitude test at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta. The test was conducted entirely online on our own devices; the venue had weak mobile signal and there was no option to take the test on paper, so a lot of time was lost just connecting and loading questions.
Format & content: Mostly English verbal reasoning, plus basic math and simple mechanical/physics items (e.g., “which gear turns to the right”). One section was a long ordering/linear arrangement (positional reasoning) passage followed by five MCQs, time management was critical bcs 1 para for 5 MCQs.
