Handshake Customer Success Manager interview questions

Roughly 10 interviews with 8 different people, including a presentation. After a 3-4 week process with hours of commitment they sent me a generic rejection email from a "no-reply" email domain without even offering to provide feedback or have a conversation regarding the decision.

I met with one recruiter to discuss my background and interest in the role. After the conversation, they mentioned that another role may be a better fit. I appreciated the feedback and honesty as I wanted to ensure a productive use of my time as well as the organization's time. This is where it went downhill. I was connected to another recruiter who 1) was over 15 minutes late to the conversation and 2) asked the same questions the initial recruiter did. It was clear that the two had not spoken to each other about me. The second recruiter made a similar comment to the first - that while I was a good fit for the organization, I was not a good fit for this role. The second recruiter said that they would follow up with their team and help find me a role based on my background. I was told that I would hear back within the next few days about another position. I did not hear back for a week and followed up. After following up, I received a generic e-mail saying that I was no longer being considered (for the original position). I have followed up several times with the recruiters and have not heard anything since. Please do not waste your time with this organization.
