Handshake Salesforce Administrator interview questions

The mission of Handshake is to help people with no experience and referrals to land into their dream career. But I had to find a person to get my first interview with them and in the interview process hiring manager said they prefer candidates with more experience only. I didn’t get into second interview because of my lack of experience.
