I applied online Their interview process was a panel interview with 3 senior credit supervisors, basic interview questions such as describe yourself, experience with credit roles, & etc. However, the panel interview was different compared to my individual one on one interviews. They presented different formats of the same questions to hear my response. Consistency is key, therefore, I made sure that my answers were sophisticated and detailed as LC would want as an employee.

Fairly straight forward, talk with recruiter and then in office round robin interview. (pre-covid) All of the questions were pretty basic and didn't go too in depth. A lot of customer service questions as well, making sure we always put the customer fist.

The interview process was great. I applied online, got a email to schedule a phone interview. After the phone interview , I was invited for the 1:1 interview in Lehi, UT. All the process took about two week.

Very standard, no tricks here. Interviewers were truly interested in learning about you and connected well. I really enjoyed the interview process and they were very fast in responding the same day with the decision. Out of all employers I've been with, LendingClub had the fastest response.
