I got the interview because I knew someone. It was fun but wasn't very professional and it took about two months for me to finish the training that should've taken one.

The employer asked if i did logistics before, and if i familier with planograms and outscans. The employer said they would call in the next day to let me know if im hired

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools (Alma, MI) in Dec 2024

Interview

Quick easy and very friendly. Done a few interviews before had the one in person. Once done the in person interview had to fill out paper work for the job and what I was applying for.

Quick and short but every detailed and what the qualifications were and what the company was looking for. The interviews were one and one which was helpful. I didn't like that the interviewer had to get pulled away at times during the interview
