I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Harbor Freight Tools in Dec 2012
Interview
Applied online on a Saturday morning and around 11 a.m. the next morning, I received a call from Harbor Freight about going in for an interview. Went talk to one of the managers and she just asked me questions about myself. Took about 30 mins and was told to call back tomorrow because the computer servers were down. Called the next day and was told to come in again to speak with another manager. When I got there, I was greeted by the first manager I had met with and she told me I didn't need to speak with the other manager, because she had put in a good word for me. She then told me I just had to pass a background check and I had then could start. This process took the longest out of everything. It took almost 2 weeks to come in, but once they received it, I started working the next day!
