Interview
Got a call to schedule an in-person interview, probably about a week or two after I had submitted my application. We discussed days and times that would work; they were wonderfully flexible about it, though i think that has more to do with the individual manager and less to do with policy. I went in, was asked a few standard questions, and was challenged to demonstrate my sales skills. In return, I challenged the hiring manager to walk me through a typical day: what the usual processes and procedures were. I feel like I had him a bit wrong-footed, but in a good way. I accepted the offer immediately when it came, and was trained in two separate locations (as my store was not opened yet.) Be prepared to take notes! You'll need them.

Interview
Overall this interview was mostly asking the normal questions. Describe a time when, why should we hire you, how would you handle a conflict with a coworker?
They will of course ask you if you have any familiarity either with tools and/or selections.
We appreciate you taking the time to apply and connect with our hiring managers. Thank you for your review, and we wish you success in your career journey.
Managers are great and easy to speak to. I like that it is more personable and I did not feel like a robot. It was not behavioral interview questions which usually are questions that cause me a long pause thinking of something or coming up with a scenario.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They are very fast with calling back and getting you aboard. They ask simple questions and want to know about your past experience if you have any. They have very great communication skills.
