Applying online was fairly quick and painless, their website is easy to navigate and the questionnaire was an average scenario based/ response and basic math test. The wait was only a week or so and was called in for an interview promptly. The physical interview with the store manager was very comfortable and casual without in lulls in questioning or conversation. Mr. Jason is really professional individual and would definitely recommend working for him rather than the company.

Overall this interview was mostly asking the normal questions. Describe a time when, why should we hire you, how would you handle a conflict with a coworker?
They will of course ask you if you have any familiarity either with tools and/or selections.

Managers are great and easy to speak to. I like that it is more personable and I did not feel like a robot. It was not behavioral interview questions which usually are questions that cause me a long pause thinking of something or coming up with a scenario.

Tell me about yourself. Where do you see yourself in 5 years.
They are very fast with calling back and getting you aboard. They ask simple questions and want to know about your past experience if you have any. They have very great communication skills.
