A schedule was given with the interviewers and time slots. Each was scheduled to take up to one hour. The workplace is very casual. The first interviewer was late and rushed. Appeared as it was a nuisance to have to do the interview. It ended sooner than the alloted time. You are ushered to a lobby and placed in contact with the secretary. When the next interviewer is ready, the secretary comes out and escorts you to the next office.
The questions are normal interview questions. Tell me about yourself. Why here? Past history. There is a definite attitude permeating the building. Once you finish with one interviewer, they go to the next one on the list and discuss what happened in the previous. Before the day ends, a decision has been made before you even get to the last interviewer. If they don't like you, the day ends early and you don't finish the schedule.
The company appears to be in turmoil. Nervous Neds and Nellies all over the place. Eyes darting during the interview. Watching who passes by. Not really interested in you, more in them and surrounding events. It was the most unprofessional interview I had in any company. Midway through the interview process I realized this was not for me.
