I Applied for part time position online. I was contacted the next day by a store associate to discuss my interest level and schedule an interview with the manager. I Met with store manager a few days later for an in person interview. We discussed the position and its challenges (ups and downs). The Manager made the job expectations very clear. I was offered the position at end of our conversation. A few days later, I received a formal offer via email.

Telephone interview then invitation to set appointment for interview. In store interview with the store manager in his office. Casual interview with a discussion about the job duties and how the process works. It helps if you have been a customer of Harbor Freight.
