I had a phone interview with the VP of Talent, was invited onsite and interviewed with 3 people, with a detail case study, one phone interview with a remote team member, another on-site working session for couple hours. All to end up in no response to emails even though I respected the timeline provided by the company’s interviewing team. No rejection email, no follow up. I’m ok with a rejection but after moving to so many different interview rounds, which I see as time invested, during a very busy work schedule and commuting to San Francisco for the meetings, one thing I could expect was a thank you for your time and interest but we are sorry note. I am really rooting for the company and believe in the product and founders. Please respect your interviews candidates by a courtesy email. They invest their hearts, mind and time to spect 4+ weeks interviewing with you.
